Job Description

Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates

Handle vendor billing, client billing, and certification

Monitor project costs and budget tracking

Verify measurements at site and maintain records

Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic preferred)
