A Site Supervisor is responsible for managing daily construction activities at the project site and ensuring work is completed properly, safely, and on time.

• Monitor labour workers and contractors
• Ensure work quality at site
• Check materials arriving at site
• Coordinate with mason, electrician, plumber, JCB operators, etc.
• Follow drawings and instructions from engineer/owner
• Track daily progress of work
• Prevent wastage or theft of materials
• Ensure labour attendance and productivity
• Report site updates to management/owner
• Handle basic site problems immediately
• Ensure safety practices at site
• Monitor timelines and deadlines

• Check labour attendance
• Assign works
• Inspect previous day work

During day:

• Monitor execution
• Coordinate materials
• Speak with contractors/vendors
• Send updates/photos to owner

Evening:

• Measure completed work
• Plan next day activities
• Secure materials and equipment

Reporting StructureUsually reports to:
