What would the work Entail:

• 2 to 5 years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of

Bangalore geography

• Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision

makers in the industry

• Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI

clients

• Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement

• Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.

• Manage the transaction process end – to – end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth

closures

• Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L

• Team handling

• Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask, highly

dependable, efficient and detail oriented

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent with MS excel, word and Power Point presentation.

• Good communication skills – written and spoken
