Rx Solutions is a fast-growing leader in the Laptop Accessories and Spares market, working with top brands like Dell, Lenovo, HP, Acer, and more. In addition to this Rx Solutions has its own brand of Laptop Spares. We are operating from 10 branches all over India. 

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Interns (On-Site/Hybrid) to join our HR team. This is a hands-on internship where you will actively contribute to our talent acquisition efforts across multiple branches — not just shadow or observe. You will gain real-world exposure to end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordination and onboarding support.

What You’ll Do:

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Apna Job, Internshala etc.), social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening rounds
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet and recruitment MIS on a daily basis
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage offer communication
• Support in pre-joining documentation
• Assist with new joiner onboarding coordination
• Prepare weekly recruitment status reports for the HR team

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or completed MBA (HR) or any PG/UG course with HR specialisation — students available for a 6-month internship are encouraged to apply
• Even the candidates with UG / PG degree without HR specialisation but with an interest in building the career in HR / Recruitment can be considered.
• Freshers with a short stint (3–6 months) at a recruitment firm or HR consultancy are also welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in one or more South Regional Languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu), English and Hindi
• Comfortable working with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools or portals
• High attention to detail, good follow-up discipline, and ability to multitask
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in building a career in HR / Talent Acquisition
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
