About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

• Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.

• Achieve individual and team targets as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Relationship Management, or a similar role.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
