Retail Sales Associate

Customer Service:

1. Greet and assist customers with queries and purchases.
2. Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Store Operations:

1. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
2. Restock shelves, racks, and displays.
3. Rotate products to ensure freshness and visibility.
4. Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.

Inventory Management:

1. Receive, inspect, and process merchandise deliveries.
2. Stock and replenish inventory.
3. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
4. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

Cash Handling and Sales:

1. Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions.
2. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Administrative Tasks:

1. Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails.
2. Process customer feedback and suggestions.
3. Maintain store records and reports.
4. Participate in training and development programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of retail experience (desired).
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move merchandise.
7. Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
8. Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
