Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our HSR store. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting sarees, lehengas, gowns, and suits
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling advice
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and product presentation
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Support billing, inventory handling, and day-to-day store operations

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of retail sales experience (ethnic wear preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and ethnic fashion is a plus

Preference:

• Women candidates preferred
