Location:- Jalahalli, Bhuvneshwari Nagar and Bagalur, Bangarpete – Kolar, IFB, Shanthinagar, M.S. Building, Chickpete, Majestic, N R Road, Bommasandra, Indranagar, Tumkur: Giriyenahalli Branch, Nelamangala, Jayanagar, Malleshwaram, Hoskote, 

*Job Responsibilities:-*

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and bank staff.

* Promote and sell life insurance products to existing and new customers.

* Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

* Generate leads through branch walk-ins, references, and field activities.

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

* Ensure accurate documentation and timely policy issuance.

* Provide post-sales service and resolve customer queries.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery.

* Maintain daily activity reports and update MIS.

*Key Skills Required:-*

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Sales and target-driven approach

* Customer handling and relationship management

* Basic knowledge of life insurance products

*Eligibility Criteria:-*

* Graduate in any discipline

* 0–3 years of experience in BFSI / Sales / Insurance (Freshers can also apply)

*Preferred Qualities:-*

* Customer-focused attitude

* Presentable and confident personality

* Ability to work under pressure
