Retail Store Manager

AR Mobiles is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales performance, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to maximize store profitability while maintaining operational excellence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage and supervise store staff, including sales executives and cashiers.
• Monitor daily sales performance, footfall, conversion ratio, and KPI achievements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock shortages and aging stock.
• Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Manage store cash, billing operations, and daily reconciliations.
• Coordinate with brands, finance partners, and suppliers to drive business growth.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and team development activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and overall store presentation standards.
