Job Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Associate and Sales Executive for a performance-based role involving business tie-ups and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Search business centers online:

• Gynecology Centers
• Pediatric Clinics
• IVF Centers
• Pre-Schools / Play Schools
• Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs)

• Contact businesses through calls, emails, and messages

• Explain product features clearly (no false commitments)

• Work towards closing institutional tie-ups

• After tie-up, collect consent-based children/parent database (Its a lead generation)

• Use database for cold calling and finding interested customers

• Convert leads into sales

• Maintain daily and hourly reports

Work Process:

Research → Contact → Tie-up → Get Database (Leads) → Cold Calling → Sales Closure

Requirements:

• Laptop (Mandatory)

• Stable Internet (Mandatory)

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to do cold calling

• Target-oriented mindset

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Must be available and responsive during working hours

• If not reachable for more than 10 hours, action will be taken

Probation & Leave Policy:

• Probation: 3 Months

During probation:

• No leaves

• Public holidays are working days

After probation:

• 12 Casual Leaves per year

• 8 Public Holidays per year

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Hourly reporting is mandatory

• Daily tracking includes:

• Leads searched
• Calls made
• Tie-ups progress
• Sales updates

Performance Expectation:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Maintain consistent performance

Customer Expectation:

• Maintain good communication

• Aim for 5-star customer feedback

• Less than 5-star, then action will be taken
