Job Description
As a Sales Associate at Furnishka, you play a vital role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service within your department. Working under the guidance of the Store Manager, your mission is to assist customers in finding the perfect furnishing solutions and ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing furniture and home decor items.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards.
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions to better assist customers.
