Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Client Engagement: Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and presentations to highlight product features and benefits.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update all customer interactions, data, and lead statuses accurately in the company CRM system.
• Negotiation & Closing: Understand customer needs, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements to meet quarterly quotas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field teams to strategize and improve lead conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.(under graduate can apply with good commiunication skills)
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong active listening, and effective negotiation skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools.
