Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Loan (Individual Role)
Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Home Loan will be responsible for sourcing and converting home loan leads through outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, pitching suitable loan products, and ensuring end-to-end closure of sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries related to home loan products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Convert leads into successful loan applications
- Guide customers through documentation and application process
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure closure of deals
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer information and call status
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in home loan / mortgage / BFSI sales (tele-sales preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales
- Basic knowledge of home loan products and eligibility criteria
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
