Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – B2C Inside Sales (Home Interiors) to join our sales team. The role involves handling inbound leads, engaging customers through consultative sales conversations, understanding interior requirements, and driving successful closures.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator in English and Hindi, comfortable with inside sales, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.






  • What would you be doing?Handle inbound customer enquiries and assigned leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
  • Understand customer requirements related to home interiors, including budget, preferences, and timelines
  • Engage customers through structured inside sales conversations and need-based selling
  • Pitch Magicbricks Home Interiors solutions in coordination with the design and partner teams
  • Explain proposals, pricing, and quotations clearly and confidently
  • Drive negotiations and ensure timely sales closures
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Perform consistent follow-ups to improve lead conversion rates
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth post-sales handover
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales status in CRM
  • What are we looking for?1–5 years of experience in B2C inside sales or customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume sales environment
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with continuous follow-ups and phone-based selling
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or regional languages (mandatory)
