Job Description
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead Generation & Management: Proactively identify potential buyers, manage lead inquiries from digital platforms, and update the CRM system with client interactions.
- Property Viewings & Sales: Conduct site visits, property viewings, and "open house" events to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Marketing Execution: Promote listed properties across social media, digital platforms, and coordinate with teams for marketing collateral to boost visibility.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering queries professionally and negotiating pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
- Target Achievement: Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor local real estate market trends to inform marketing campaigns and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
Key Skills Required:
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and channel partners.
- Digital Proficiency: Understanding of CRM software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Tools.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and property documentation.
- 2+ yrs exp in real estate prefferable.
