Job Description
Looking for a highly proactive professional who can independently manage labour, subcontractors, vendors, commercials, and project resources to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle labour sourcing, labour administration, subcontractors, and vendor management
• Manage labour contracts, subcontract agreements, billing, and commercial coordination
• Plan manpower, material, and project resources as per execution schedule
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors and contractors
• Understand execution sequence and arrange resources without delays
• Coordinate with site, procurement, QS, and project teams for smooth execution
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards
• Handle client requirements, escalations, and pressure situations professionally
• Drive overall project execution ownership from resource planning to delivery
Required Skills
• Strong labour & subcontractor handling experience
• Residential construction execution knowledge
• Billing, commercial & vendor negotiation expertise
• Excellent coordination & problem-solving skills
• Strong client-handling capability
Preferred Profile
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in residential construction projects
• Kannada & English communication preferred
• Strong local vendor & labour market understanding Ownership
