Civil Engineer – Inspection & Site Solutions

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who can inspect sites, understand customer problems, identify root causes, and recommend the right waterproofing solutions.

Role OverviewYou will be the first technical point of contact for customers. Your job is to visit client sites, inspect leakage and seepage issues, diagnose the problem, explain the solution to customers, and coordinate execution with internal teams.

This role requires both technical understanding and good client communication skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer sites across Bangalore for inspections
• Identify leakage, seepage, dampness, and waterproofing-related issues
• Diagnose root causes and recommend suitable solutions
• Explain technical problems and solutions clearly to customers
• Prepare site observations, measurements, and photo documentation
• Coordinate with operations and execution teams
• Follow up with customers after inspections when required
• Ensure smooth handover from inspection to execution
• Support quality checks during ongoing projects
• RequirementsDiploma / BE in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in site engineering, waterproofing, interiors, construction, or related field
• Basic understanding of waterproofing and civil works
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and basic English
• Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction
• Smartphone skills for photos, WhatsApp, and reporting
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• PreferredExperience in waterproofing, repair works, or residential projects
• Ability to read site conditions and suggest practical solutions
• Experience handling customers directly
• Salary₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience)
• Travel allowance + performance incentives
