Job Description: Civil Site Engineer

Experience: Minimum 2+ years

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work aligns with approved architectural and structural drawings.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and material quality (especially for modular installations and finishing).
Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants, and site laborers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Project Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), measurement sheets, and material consumption logs.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
Problem Solving: Address technical hitches on-site promptly to avoid project delays.
Requirements
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in site execution
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and basic knowledge of MS Project or Excel for scheduling.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to manage vendors and report to project managers
