Job Description

Distribution of coupons to encourage customers to visit the stores both directly and indirectly.

* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

* Sales Support: Assist customers in making purchasing decisions, offer product recommendations, and handle transactions.

* Inventory Management: Help with inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking inventory levels.

* Administrative Tasks: May handle administrative tasks like answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.

* Customer-Focused Approach: A genuine desire to help and satisfy customer needs.

* Basic Math Skills: For handling cash transactions and calculating discounts.
