Retail Executive

We are looking for a Retail Executives (Cashiers, Customer Service Associates) to join our team at Spar Hypermarket (Landmark Group) - Forum Shantiniketan Mall. The ideal candidate for this role must have good communication skills and must be pro active.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain discipline and guide customer in finding their needs.
• Arrange Stocks in the bay as per the guidelines.
• Perform billing with accuracy.
• Handle cash mindfully.
• Be the first point of contact to the customers

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
