Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with product selection and purchases.
  • Process customer billing accurately using the POS system.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Perform daily stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
  • Replenish products and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Ensure all products are correctly priced and displayed.
  • Answer customer queries and recommend suitable products.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging new stock deliveries.
  • Follow company SOPs, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Report operational issues, customer feedback, and inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager.
