Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Roofing Supervisor to oversee thatch roofing project installations from start to finish. The role involves site visits, material planning, workforce coordination, and ensuring quality execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of roofing, metal fabrication, and welding, along with strong coordination skills.
1.Visit customer sites to assess project requirements and take measurements
2.Plan and arrange materials required for thatch roofing installation
3.Supervise and coordinate installation workers at the site
4.Ensure smooth communication between customers, workers, and the company
5.Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
6.Maintain quality standards and ensure proper installation techniques
7.Handle on-site issues and provide quick resolutions
8.Ensure safety practices are followed during installation
9.Maintain basic project reports and updates
