🧾 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide a team within SBI RBO operations. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, performance monitoring, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Handle and supervise a team of executives

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance

Ensure targets and service quality are maintained

Support team members in resolving issues

Report daily updates to management

Maintain discipline and productivity within the team

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Qualification: Any Degree

👨‍💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years as Team Lead

🎂 Age Limit: 30 to 40 years

💡 Skills Required:

Good leadership and team handling skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving ability

Basic knowledge of operations/customer handling
