About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inbound Telecalling Executive to manage incoming customer inquiries, assist prospective clients, and drive conversions through effective communication. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and possess strong customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about services.
• Convert inbound inquiries into appointments, consultations, or sales opportunities.
• Respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads and interested customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
