Job Description

We are looking for energetic Telecallers to help expand our delivery fleet. Your main goal is to call potential candidates, explain the benefits of joining Zepto, Swiggy, and Porter, and get them onboarded. If you have a "sales" mindset and love talking to people, this role is perfect for you!


  • Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Call leads to explain the earning potential and benefits of becoming a delivery partner.
  • Documentation: Assist candidates in uploading required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, DL) on the platform apps.
  • Conversion: Convince candidates to complete their first delivery and become active partners.
  • Database Management: Maintain daily records of calls made, candidates interested, and successful onboardings in Excel/Google Sheets.
