Telecalling Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in closing real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
• Handle inbound inquiries related to property listings
• Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly
• Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
• Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into site visits or bookings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills (English + local languages preferred)
• Basic understanding of real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Comfortable with CRM tools and calling software
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
