Job Description – Telesales Executive (Short)Position: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, handling inquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain company products and services effectively.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information in CRM software.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of telesales experience preferred.

• Graduate/Undergraduate
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Location: KORMANGLA BANGLORE

Salary: 15K TO 20K + Incentives.
