Job Description

We are looking for a motivated B2B Telesales Executive to drive revenue by engaging potential business clients over phone, email, and virtual channels. The role involves identifying prospects, pitching products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential business customers (leads/prospects)
  • Identify decision-makers and understand client requirements
  • Present and explain products/services effectively
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments for field sales (if applicable)
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
  • Follow up on leads and nurture long-term relationships
  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing/contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams
