Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries and generate sales leads for our industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling potential customers to introduce our products.
  • Following up on leads and closing sales over the phone.
  • Coordinating with the field sales team for client meetings.
  • Maintaining simple daily calling reports in Excel.

Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome).
  • Skills: Good communication
  • Tech: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and calling apps.
