Loan Sales Specialist (Tele-Sales) - Banking & NBFCs
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with great communication are welcome)

You will be the voice representing leading Banks and NBFCs, helping customers unlock financial flexibility through personalized loans and instant overdraft products. 🎯 Your Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Call potential customers (provided database) to pitch personal loans and overdraft products.
- Need Analysis: Understand customer financial requirements and offer suitable, customized loan solutions.
- Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Document Management: Assist customers with digital documentation and guide them through the loan application process.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport, acting as a financial advisor rather than just a salesperson.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
✅ What We Are Looking For
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal skills in English and [Local Language/Hindi].
- Sales Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and resilient in handling objections and rejection.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Prior experience in Tele-sales, Banking, NBFC, or Credit Card sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with computers and CRM tools.
