Job Description – Telesales ExecutiveWe are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
- Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper information
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain daily call records and update reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions
