Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

About OOGE
OOGE Innovations is a Bengaluru-based consumer electronics accessories brand distributing through a Super Stockist → Distributor → Retailer network across India. This is a build role in a fast-scaling team.
Role
Own everything between stock reaching the distributor and the consumer picking the product off the counter. Sell-in belongs to Sales. Sell-out is yours.
Responsibilities
- Design, cost and roll out trade schemes; track claims and closure with Finance
- Plan and execute retail visibility - POSM, branding, vendor management, installation tracking
- Build and drive GTM kits for new product launches
- Maintain sales enablement toolkits and run distributor team trainings
- Collect sell-out data, track competition pricing and schemes, flag price leakage
- Single point of contact for RSMs on all trade marketing matters
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing — mandatory
- 3–6 years in trade marketing, channel marketing or sales support
- Mandatory: hands-on experience with a distributor–retailer channel. D2C-only or modern-trade-only backgrounds will not fit
- Strong Excel; must be able to build a scheme costing sheet independently
- English + Kannada/Hindi mandatory; Telugu or Tamil an advantage
- Travel is mandatory — 8–10 days a month across markets. Candidates unwilling to travel need not apply High ownership, low supervision
