Delta Career Solutions is an education consultancy helping students get admission in top colleges across India & Abroad. We provide complete guidance from counselling to admission process.
Responsibilities:
* Call and follow up with student leads
* Understand student requirements (course, budget, location)
* Provide counselling for courses (Engineering, MBA, Medical etc.)
* Convert leads into confirmed admissions
* Handle WhatsApp chats and inquiries
* Maintain proper follow-up records
🎯 Requirements:
* 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
* Good communication skills (English + Hindi + Telugu/Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam)
* Sales / Telecalling experience preferred (Fresher can apply)
* Confident and convincing personality
💰 Salary & Incentives:
* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
* per confirmed admission incentive
* Performance bonus up to ₹15000
* Top performers earning ₹40,000+ monthly
