Job Description
Student Counsellor / Business Development Executive
We are looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Student Counsellor / Business Development Executive who is fluent in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide prospective students, build strong relationships, and contribute to business growth. The candidate should be customer-focused and passionate about helping students make informed educational decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle Inquiries on the phone/walk in
- Follow up
- Maintain Reports
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, sales, or business development is preferred.
