Job Description

Education Counselor – Indian Institute of Foreign Languages

The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students, explaining course details, handling inquiries, and supporting the admission process. The role involves interacting with students through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable language programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students regarding language courses and career opportunities.
  • Handle student inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into admissions.
  • Maintain student records and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • MBA or any Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.

Compensation: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.
