Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in payroll processing and tax-related documentation.
  • Handle petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for payment processing.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and company regulations.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as required.
