Job Description

Manage end-to-end accounting including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

· Handle GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax compliances and filings

· Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

· Coordinate with auditors, CA, and regulatory authorities

· Maintain and organize all financial documents, invoices, agreements, and statutory records

· Manage vendor onboarding, KYC verification, and ensure proper payment documentation

· Track receivables and follow up on collections to maintain healthy cash flow

· Oversee billing, invoicing accuracy, and expense/reimbursement documentation

· Support audits by preparing schedules, MIS reports, and compliance-related data

· Coordinate with banks, manage statutory renewals, and ensure adherence to internal controls & SOPs
