We are hiring Senior MIS Executive for Real Estate company.

Position - Senior MIS Executive

Experience - 4 to 8yrs

Workdays - Monday - Saturday

Time - 9.30 - 6.30

Location - 19th Main Rd, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Salesforce data (lead, opportunity, and booking data)
• Create, update, and monitor dashboards and reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in the system
• Handle lead assignment and tracking for Sales and Presales teams
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze data to provide insights on lead performance and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation
• Track KPIs such as lead conversion, site visits, and bookings
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in reporting and processes

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience in Salesforce or any CRM tool
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS / CRM / Data Management
• Real estate industry experience is an added advantage

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
