Job Description

  • DAY TO DAY BOOK KEEPING IN TALLY- SALES, PURCHASE, BANK STATEMENTS, OTHER JOURNAL ENTRIES)            
  • CREATE AND UPDATE VARIOUS TRACKERS IN EXCEL SUCH AS:      
  • *            VENDOR AND LABOUR TRACKER
  • *            DAILY RECEIPTS
  • *            PETTY CASH TRACKER
  • *           MATERIAL INPUT AND OUTPUT TRACKER
  • COLLECTION OF PURCHASE BILLS FROM THE VENDORS.  
  • CREATION OF SALES INVOICE.    
  • CREATION OF E-WAY BILLS         
  • FILING MONTHLY GSTR1 AND GSTR-3B AFTER RECONCILING WITH GSTR-2B          
  • HANDLING PETTY CASH.
  • SALARY CALCULATION BASED ON ATTENDANCE
  • MAINTAINING HARD COPY RECORDS EFFICIENTLY.           
  • USING GOOGLE CALENDERS FOR TASK MANAGEMENT.   
  • COLLECTION OF DATA FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
