Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities –
- Account ExecutiveHandle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, vouchers, and ledger entries
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely data entry
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in GST compliance, including returns and documentation
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts
- Maintain proper financial records and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial matters
- Assist in audit-related work and provide required financial data
