Job Description
Dear Candidates
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets using Excel.
- Support audits and assist in preparing documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, formulas, and basic functions).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
