Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping
  • Manage purchase entries, sales entries & GST billing
  • Maintain factory expenses and stock records
  • Follow up on payments and vendor accounts
  • Prepare invoices, quotations & payment reports
  • Bank reconciliation and cash handling
  • Maintain employee salary and attendance records
  • Coordinate with auditor for GST & accounts filing
  • Knowledge of Tally, Excel & billing software require
