Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at Qilin Software Lab Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in managing statutory compliances, especially Employee PF and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable
• Manage and process employee-related compliances such as PF, ESI, and payroll support
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Employee Provident Fund (PF) and statutory compliances
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to work from the Bangalore office
• Candidates should be located near the office location or be comfortable with daily commuting
• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred
