Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for handling resort bookings, assisting customers with room reservations, and maintaining booking records efficiently.

  • ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
  • Assist guests in booking rooms, stays, and resort packages
  • Manage reservation details and customer data
  • Coordinate with operations and front office teams
  • Maintain accurate booking records and follow-ups
  • Provide excellent customer support and booking assistance
  • RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in reservations or hospitality industry preferred
  • Good communication skills in English & Kannada/Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge and data management skills
  • Ability to handle customers professionally
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
