Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Process payroll and monitor expenses
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in handling GST filings and compliance
