Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities- Senior Account Executive (4 to 5 years of Experience)
·· Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc. in Tally/Zoho with cost centers .
· Keep Bank/cash Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions ,Daily Bank Reconciliation & Cash closing
· Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month in Tally/Zoho with cost centers.
. Staff/Travel advance payment & keeping track of expenses against advances
· Maintain accounts payable / receivable outstanding, Ledger reconciliations
. Managing cash and payouts
. Work as assigned by the Manager
