Payroll Executive

We Firstman Management Services Pvt Ltd, one of the leading manpower outsourcing company hiring Payroll executive

JOB Description

1st to 5th of every month

1. Month on month Attendance compiling from all the clients across karnataka - should handle around 2000+
2. Salary working in Excell sheet
3. Payroll processing, salary disbursement, coordinating with Head office to ensure timely remittance of salary

6th to 10th of every month

1. Payslip generation and email sending to all
2. PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Fund and other CLRA compliances checking with previous month payroll, reconcilation with present & previous month, deviation if any to be sorted out month on month
3. Online remittance of PF, ESI, PT and other statutory payments in coordination with HO accounts department

11th to 15th

1. Should support accounts person for raising invoice
2. Should support all admin and HR department activities viz. calling candidates, scheduling interviews etc
3. Should support Marketing for client data base creation, calling customers

Candidate should have good profieciency

1. Xcel knowledgMS office proficiency 
2. Kannada and Hindi speaking & English
3. Knowledge on PF,ESI, CLRA compliance 
4. attendance compiling mannual and in xcel
5. salary working in excel
6. xcel proficiency in vlookup mail merge etc..
7. knowledge on GST
8. general email correspondence with clients
9. MIS reporting 

Salary is not a constraint for right candidate

For experienced candidate Educational qualification will be relaxed

both male or female welcome

Preference will be given to the candidates who are all within 10 KM radius of Vasanth Nagar
