Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end hiring of EV delivery executives.
  • Source candidates through field hiring, job portals, references, and vendor tie-ups.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews.
  • Ensure quick onboarding and documentation completion.
  • Plan manpower as per business requirements and cluster demand.
  • Maintain hiring pipeline and backup resources.
  • Work on reducing attrition and improving rider retention.
  • Conduct training and daily briefing sessions for new joiners.
  • Manage and supervise EV delivery executives / riders.
  • Ensure daily attendance, route allocation, and adherence to shift timings.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization, battery health, and charging schedules.
  • Maintain fleet discipline and ensure minimal operational downtime.
  • Track daily productivity, delivery TAT, and performance metrics.
  • Resolve on-ground operational issues and escalations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors for EV servicing and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.
  • Maintain reports related to attendance, performance, and fleet health.
