Job Description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Understand job requirements for technical positions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Experience in recruitment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English and Hindi is a must
