Job Description
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
2. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Reconcile bank statements.
4. Manage Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
5. Assisting in GST, TDS, and Income Tax filling.
6. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
7. Ensure all financial data is complete and accurate for reporting.
8. Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors during audits.
9. Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
10. Monitor actual financial performance against the budget and report variances.
11. Prepare detailed financial reports for management.
12.Provide support for decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
